A normal time is From houers to a month.( in some difficult 2 months) but you dont seem to belong to the difficult cases.

Use one dose natr m one M once,and stay away from that person.
But, if not correct for you, Natr is not to be used, this is supression theraphy if its wrong, the key is reocurring of old problems.
And its difficult to say, when i dont have your case to go through, if NM is correct, cause one dose is enough to cure, fast.
