I have been going to the homeopath for about 8 months and have had some success to make me a believer in homeopathy. I originally went there for my periods that were very bad and would keep me home from work one day a month. The homeopath put me on sepia 30c and after the first month I felt a significant change for the better. After the second month I didn't feel as good as the first month but still better than before I started. After that I still had symptoms like cramps and bloating, diarrhea and some constipation so he gave me biochemical phosphates which seemed to help a lot. After that I let him know about other problems I was having like my food allergies, acne, palops in my nose, brown spots on my face from being on the pill, and just overall congestion. He then put me on Nat Mur which I noticed a few days later to totally wipe out my food allergies. Since he put me on Nat Mur I have been on it for about 4 months and little by little my overall health feels better but I've noticed that I still get food allergies and congestion but not maybe as much. I still have PMS but my periods are not as bad. But I still have brown spots on my face, Acne and palops in my nose. When I went back this week he suggested that I take the same Nat Mur but instead of three 30c in the morning to take two in the morning and two at night. I wonder if I will notice any more significant changes? Also can one remedy over a long period of time make changes even if they are very slow to come about? I'm just wondering cause over the eight months I would say I feel better and my recovery from getting a cold is so much faster and it is as if my immune system is much stronger but I'm no where near perfect. Is homeopathy a long process, is probably what I am asking and can one be on a remedy for a long time before they see significant results?
