Thumbs up

Healing first starts as a natural process, meaning that living systems have built in health adjusters. Should they prove weak, or fail, other measures are taken to enhance the healing process. As an energy "medicine" Homeopathic enhancers have demonstrated their ability to restore the basic healing net work. They can be said to be the next best thing to life's own healing system as they do not supress disease, but enable the stricken to rid it self of dangerous toxins. That having been said,(for the benefit of new-comers), I would like to discuss the role of silliness in the restoration of the vital forces of the animal.(No doubt, vegetation also has a ticklish side, but as I am not upto date with such research I will refrain from comment here.) Silliness, or humor has endured a long, uphill journey to be recognized as a natural stress reducer. How many of us have tried to supress what society would deem the unpardonable giggle which often occurs during a crisis or disaster. The giggle releases tension, just as the yawn, fatigue. The giggle rolls from one being to another, just as the yawn stretches over to the next fellow. Fortunately, research, which has boiled down to common knowledge for most of us, has demonstrated that laughter is the best medicine. Not only is it the best medicine, but being natural to the anatomy and physiology of the human being, (as well as some other animals I might emphasize), it should always precede secondary measures, such as homeopathy which, as powerful as it may be, remains an applied science. So, Anna, dear, fill the board with peels of laughter, giggle and joke, as I for one want to relish the healing process with a bellyful of whacky joy.
