Hi,I need more help with my next daughter,such contradictory symptoms,some of this and that,of course she has about 5 diagnosis by the shrink.Now shes in a special school for the "emotionally disturbed". Also years behind academically.Female age 10, 3rd of 4 children.Mother 35-wh. father 53 bl.jamaican. Parents live same house,different apts.Easiest least painful delivery. history of trich. in parents. Much dark hair head,spine. 1 month old large crusty,moist eruption scalp.Put ointment. Chunky,compact baby, stiff, big head, Very quiet,happy,in own world (until walking) then mad,irritable,late talking,no comprehension of language. From then till now: Fears: Spiders,thunderstorms screams to go home,heights. Fear:toilet overflowing,cant flush until opens door to run out fast. Fear:afraid something will happen to her mother if shes not with her,much anxiety over this mainly in school. Fear: intense before riding school bus,illness agony night before. fear: mother dying,asks when. Fear:strange sights,different,ex.smoke in sky from building,looking up at big moon, afraid tall trees will fall on her,says Im scared grabs mother burys head. Very expressive-Gestures wildly when talking. Constant irritated tone of voice, cant answer a simple question normally, cant look at her,shouts instead of talking. Mixes up words,uses wrong ones, misprounces,doesnt make sense when talking, unrelated information.Constant mania with great hilarity over tifles OR explosive irritability second to second. Tyrant at home but lets other kids lead her by the nose. Startles yells least noise, touch. Cuts hair off, cuts self,burns self. Talks in low babyish voice and hides her face in hands or behind mother when unfamiliar person. Contradicts everything family says. Knows it all attitude. Torments younger sister,trips,sets traps for her laughing gleefully,rushes ahead knocking her over to get before she does, Insults,teases only friend who is younger too.Lies to make other people jealous or to look important ex.My teacher took us to Chuck ECheese. Lies all day to get reaction? ex. Oops I broke your CD! waits for person to get upset then says Im just kidding and laughs. Runs away(not from home) Laughs at reproofs and disciplne says that didnt hurt ha ha runs away then only understands brute force if mother stands over her ready to make sure it hurts this time she backs down says OK OK I wont do it anymore. Till 5 minutes later. She seems to resent anyone in authority over her. Much pleasure from destroying others belongings. Writes all over everything. Tilts head in air making loud bizarre noises over and over all day. Clumsy spilling,dropping. Bobbing,rocking, aimless twirling, moving, ending up in a frenzy of violent moving. Hit mother (once,corrected) but urges to do it daily although doesnt dare. Lashes out when cant have-I hate you, throws things at people or to break. Covers ears with hands not to listen. obsessively cuts paper into teeny tiny pieces, cant stop:gluing,taping,stapling etc.till gone. Covers body with marker. Refuses religion from parents and yet she stops and performs religious movements with her hands and says short bizarre prayers in a hurried speech. Sometimes when talking too fast starts jumbling up words and ends up making sounds,must hold door open for mother wont let her touch it,holds mothers arm walking afraid mother will fall(Im fine),if someone else upsets mother she comforts mother, In state of trauma if mother leaves for 10 minutes, Constant impulsive cursing,No sense of time, Must look perfect or cant leave spends an hour but messy everywhere else, Loves animals but hits or squeezes them. Spits in peoples faces, auditory hallucinations(kids voices say they want to hurt her),drawings of people with blood and knives,laughs when sees someone get hurt,loud laughing run wildly in store rude comments about people no sense of public embarrasment, Craves: Sweets, Gulps cold drinks fall audibly to stomach, craves cold milk, pickles, sour, chips, must have Gum, craves Ice by itself, Spits a lot, Sight of food disgusts, never eats more than 4 mouthfuls then Throat suddenly wont swallow and spits big glob on plate. And food tastes like straw. Also says taste like metal in mouth a lot.Feels heart pounding, much burping, vaginal itch, dark under eyes, pimples across forehead, Bites fingernails and surrounding skin and toenails. Occasional ankle turns falls down, says pain in back of heel to midcalf causing to fall down, sometimes pain in calf in sleep, inverted breast nipples, thickesh dark brown maroon line along top and bottom gums, lips dry whitish dusty coat but red under thin red vertical cracks, tongue smooth moist white coating red boarders with tiny red dots dotting, blushes easy ears red, stool urgent bad smell barely makes it,either dark watery chopped up or bulky greasy floating wont flush, snore in sleep, drool in sleep, sleep stomach, flaring flapping nostrils when excited, normal weight on thin side but looks like a bulgy role of fat around front of neck like swollen , Occasional very stuffy noses mucous shoots out when laughing thick, SeVeRe underarm odor Offensive; Smell like onions? everyone says smells like a turkey sub which does have onions, smells whole room, must change shirt in school go to nurse for deoderant, I wash her before school or every morning and 1 hour later everyone can smell it, worse when more mentally manic than usual. Hot in day no coat, wraps up heavily in bed opens window. Loves to be outside. Sleeps with mother or its a tragedy. Or sneaks into her bed later. Used to wet bed until about 6yrs. old. Past meds: x potency combo remedies, imipramine,Ritalin, risperadol, 1999 March in mental hosp. taking Depakote, Risperadol, Prozac, Cogentin gained 30 lbs. eating from medicine increasing appetite. She came out in a month worse than before, I stopped meds.Sh lost the weight, immiedtley.July different psych. Adderall till now. Then 20mg. of Seroquel to go to sleep.multiple vitamin, Stram 12c not work. US. imunizations and series of 3 hepatitis vaccines in 1999-2000.
