Thank You for the reply.The information you have provided is very helpful. I would like to tell my sign and symptoms.

My nasal blockage is not related to Tempretaure but it is related to mental stress like after working for 5 to 6 hours I start feeling nasal Blockage and if I do not use a sympathomimetic nasal spray I will have a sever Headache within an hour or two. If I work on computers, nasal passage blocks within an hour. My personality is Type A. Most of the times I am under stress. There is no Nasal discharge or sneezing or post nasal dribbbling. Post nasal dribbling starts only after using Xylometazoline nasal spray and it lasts for 5 minutes.

I have been to an ENT surgeon yesterday, he has advised me Submucosal Diathermy.

Recently a person practicintg homeopathey prescribed me some medicine. One of the medicine was Sinapsis Nigra 30, after using Sinapsis Nigra I had Nasal Bleeding from my right nostril after which I stopped using it, but now Right side of My nose works better than the left. I am thinking of reusing this Medicine.Let me know if I can give a try to any homeopathic drug or I should go for operation.
