Dear Etain, I can't remember if I spoke with you somewhere on this BB about raw bones for dogs. I recently adopted a mix breed from the shelter, you can look up thread on Pets section. Anyway GM and others advised me to give raw meat and bones to her. She was very wired and hyper. As soon as I gave her the raw bones I notice a change come over her, a mellowness and contentedness. She is still very playfully hyper, and can still knock me over when she runs and jumps on me, but overall she is much improved. Maybe you can give all your dogs raw bones.
