Sorry I misspelt. I missed the L. It should have read Lac Delf.- which is Dolphin's milk. The main theme of this remedy is one of internal calm with danger outside. they like being in a group, incompany and have a fear of what is outside.

Lac Def - skimmed milk is similar in that they need to belong to a community. However they feel rejected if they are not and will work at this need and accept the abuse of others to be able to carry it out. They have a fear of enclosed places.

Talking about the Lacs there is Lac lupus - wolves milk which also have ailments from abandonment but here they are quite happy to be alonea lot of the time as they are a free spirit that cannot be contained.
