Dear Sam, there is a dentist who is sympathetic to alternative medicine. He has a call in talk radio show on WOR, 710, Monday mornings, I think 10:00. He often discusses problems such as yours, nerve damage. If you live in the greater NYC area, maybe you can listen or call him. He also has an office in Manhattan.
