I was waiting a few days to see if I noticed anything different...see recently I've had a slight cold...but the mucus has been clear...as a general rule the I do not usually have ANY mucus, my sinuses just get swollen. When this happens I tend to get withdrawn and want to be alone, because I am shorter with my temper and I realize that so I try to stay away from my family and people. I feel alittle overwhelemed easily when I am at this stage, which is why it is hard for me to just stop cool turkey with the nose spray and why I havent just done that. I tend to also feel alittle off balance when I starting to swell up...I do not usually get a headache. My ears then to feel alittle muffled or coated or something like that. My mouth I have problems with since I had oral surgery...three wisdom teeth pulled and they did nerve damage on the bottom right hand side so I have distorted sensation and partal numbness on the right side of my tongue which has also affected some of my taste buds...the bottom inside,rightside of my teeth or gum I have numbness. Also from the surgery. But my tongue is not coated. Thats about all I can think of for now...any suggestions???? Thanks
