Dear Bro, In the past I have suffered from bad sinus congestion due to colds. This year a homeopathic remedy helped. The doctors on the BB can assist you upon hearing more symptoms. However, in the meantime you might benefit from rinsing the nasal passages with lightly salted water. It's not a pretty thing, but it is part of a healing. Follow this procedure: Fill to the rim, a paper cup with lightly salted warm water. Pinch one nostril closed and with the other, breath in as much water as possible. Then release the other nostril. The fluids will flow from both nostrils. (Do this over a sink, or bowel designated for medical purposes). Making sure the cup is full to the rim again, Repeat the process, pinching the opposit nostril, etc. I have emptied my nasal passages of thick waste matter. Remember to Clean up carefully, as cold viruses are easy to spread. Also, do not do it too often, or for too long. It's just to sooth the membrane and ease out some of the waste. I usually do this three times a day when my cold is very bad. Then once in the morning when the cold has improved. And remember, if things don't get better, or if they get worse, check with a doctor. Good luck, Mselle
