A few more questions that may be helpfull.
When congested what color is the moucos? What is the nature, can you blow your nose easily?
Do you have a headache, sensation in your ears? Is your mouth dry or moist? Is your tongue coated? do you have a meatalic taste or greasy taste in your mouth?

When you have sinus problems how does it effect your mood. Are you withdrawn? Need to be around people or better left alone?

The modalities you listed sound like Puls., however, your general personality doesn't fit the picture. Describing yourself more when you are sick would be helpful. I am only on the track of a polycrest, others may suggest a constitutional if this is a chronic problem. At any rate all symptoms and descriptions are usefull.
