I've been using Afrin for about 20 years...I was off it about 10 years ago via a homoepath and again about 2 years ago for about 1 year...then last year a got such a bad head cold that I couldnt breath out of my nose for four days....it drove me soooo mad that I started using nose spray again...when I try not to use it I get very anxious and nervous...its worse when I'm sleeping (I guess cause I am lying down to long) it feels better in the cold worse in the heat....and I could never take antihistamies that would make me very nervous and twitchy instead of sleepy as it does most...I dont like anything that changes or alters my mind or takes me outside of myself....(cant go back to that homeopath as of yet I dont have the coverage for it right now. Just in case someone was going to suggest that) I am a very hyper person by nature...I'm into working out and getting thing done at work and at home and have ALWAYS since I was a kid had a lot of energy....thats all I can think of for now that might better assess me....anything else?
