Just one minor point about the last sentence of your post. I would rather not take a remedy just because someone else has tried it and it worked for similar symptoms. Homoeopathy is an individualised treatment. Otherwise we are becoming like the allopaths. This remedy for this symptom and that remedy for that symptom. I, for one, do not wish to go down that road.

There are two other people on this board who had symptoms (physically and emotionally) that were very similar to symptoms I had in the past. All three of us have been given different remedies, so perhaps it is best not to try what others have done.

Also I have eliminated certain things from my environment, such as mercury fillings and various food stuffs and cleaning goods also to good effect whereas others with the same symptoms have had no success in this course of action.

Remember, "each to his own".
